Why cannot I sell a computer chair?

I have a really nice executive black leather personal chair that's hardly used and a personal desk on wheels and I want to get rid of them because I need the space. I put a couple of adverts in shops at a price that I thought was reasonable but nobody phoned. I have now tried a some free advert Internet sites at a price that's virtually giving them away but still no answer.

Why would it be that nobody is interested at a cheap price?

I'm thinking of just putting them on freecycle to give them away as I don't think I'll ever get rid of them.

it's free to buy and sell.

read some of the ads for similar items and price yours accordingly. Maybe your price is too high.
