~any additional information you’ve would be helpfull

thank you so so much

Answer:
You def. should over invite. On average about 25%, esp in the summer show up. At that if they cant come they know you’re having a show and you can get outside orders.

On average, a show is $650-$750 in sales (here anyway). You earn 20% of your show sales in free jewelry. You can earn 40% in free jewlery if you’ve 10 orders and 2 bookings at your show. The company charges $15 to upgrade but some Advisors like myself will pay that $15 for you. I figure if you worked hard enough as a hostess to get 10 orders and 2 bookings you deserve the 40%. Talk to the person doing your show to see if they pay for it or make you pay for the upgrade. In addition to free jewelry you get…

4 hostess bonus items (anything up to $100 in value for $15 each)

2 half off items (any half off items count toward show sales.

The monthly special for August is for every amount (2 and over) bought at regular price, take that same amount at half off. The half off items are always the most expensive items on your list and the regular priced of course are the cheapest.

I hope that helps answer your questions! If you’ve any additional feel free to email and ask =)

Answer:
Over invite. Half the people you invite won’t show up. Check out the website. It explains the breakdown on what is offered to the hostess. It doesn't post what the August special is.
