I want to know how we go about earning money… and if they get part of the money we get in our on the web shop.

All the info you need is right there at their Web site. Begin here, and just keep clicking the links that state “What You Can Do”, “Products You Can Sell”, “Prepare Your Images”, “Your Shop”, and “Your Success”. Also click on any of the FAQs.
They walk you through the entire process of signing up and creating a product.
