Ok this question is in 3 parts.
First i am the difficult client trying to register a domain name, you’re customer services. Answer my first query before reading my second.
First query: I am trying to register a domain name but your domain payments panel only offers me the option to pay through paypal and I cannot use paypal from the country I’m in. I have the ability to pay into my hosting account as it offers an alternative method of payment but this is unrelated to your domains account. Is there any way I can pay into the hosting account and transfer the funds to my domains account?

2nd query: (please answer above first). thank you for telling me that you can see I have an outstanding order which hasn't been paid. The problem is that it is illegal to use paypal from the country I am in and both paypal and the banks block payment. Is it possible for me to pay money into my hosting account and have it transferred to my domains account?

Third query: (please answer above first) Hi there, no, your domains account only offers me paypal, please check (link added here).

I'm trying to figure out what to anticipate next, and if waiting 17 hours for those above answers is good quality customer service. I mean I know I'm difficult, but am I being unreasonable to think that customer services have not really read my queries?

Answer:
I think this company should have been a tiny more empathetic and professional in answering your questions, but the fact of the matter is that their policy has made it difficult for you to obtain their services. There are 2 options for your account…pay through paypal or cancel the service since they obviously have no other payment methods.

Being frustrated this with company is okay, but their customer service team has answered your questions.
