If I make a free website maybe with webs(dotcom) or any other ones, and the purpose of the site is to get enough traffic so that I have the ability to get ads on it…will the profit made from clicking on the ads go to the site I used to make the free website with like webs(dotcom) or will it go to me???

Answer:
Their TOS says in part:

On free Websites, we’ve the exclusive right to sell, run and/or serve third-party advertising on your Website. If you are a Website Creator, you concur not to include any advertising via Google AdSense, in any Website, or any of Your Content you provide on Webs.com

They further say paid premium site may advertise, though they’ve the option to partner ads.

There are several free site services that split advertising income, in some cases you come out ahead due to the ready made traffic they have the ability to supply. Hubpages for example gives you 60% of the adsense, amazon or ebay ads you place, and you are allowed to place limited affiliate ads with 100% income.

Blogspot owned by google gives you 100% of adsense income.

Since you can host your own domain (GoDaddy or others) for about $5.00 a month, there isn't any reason to look for a FREE website host.

I use TRIPOD.COM for my calligraphy site, but it generates no income.

If you can't afford your own site, the likelihood of making money is really poor. grifmark.com

Keep in mind that no company is going to pay you to advertise on a FREE site.

And any company that offers to give you lists for a fee will not net you any income… only outgo!!!

Answer:
It depends on the free website terms and conditions.
Every one are a bit different and you will need to look at the T&C.

I’ve added adsense to: blogger, weebly,and blog.com
Sites like Ning and Squidoo put their Google ad on your site (Squidoo shares some)
If the T&C allows it and you can add raw HTML then you can add adsense and will get paid for clicks on your adsense ads.

Now I only have adsense on blogger and use the other free website platforms for backlinks.

Answer:
Try blogspot.com It is owned by google, and the goole ad money will go to you if you set it up correctly. Follow all directions.
