I just got laid off and I've made earrings for friends and family and they always told me that i should sell them so i've taken the first step by making a website www.leahbeesearrings.com Now I Don't know how to get people other than friends and family to come to my site with out costing an arm and leg I need help!!! Have you looked into forums? Some forums let you put a link to your website in your signature. Since you’re selling earrings I think you should try some women forums.
Ask your family and friends to help spread the word about your new website. Get some business cards and pass them out. Give a couple of them to your family and friends and let them pass them out too.
There are also free traffic programs that you can use on the internet.
