Has anybody used this program, does it really make money or increase your website's sales? Or, is it a waste of time?

viralurl is just like other type of viral marketing. their main concept is to promote or expose your services or products as quickly as possible. but the one that makes you money is what you sell. if you sell lousy stuff you won't get any sale even if your services are expose to millions of people.
one more thing you should be careful when promoting things. we promote online usually using links and links are valuable. it's value increase overtime in the eyes of the search engines but anyhow it depends on the characteristic of the place where the links are. if you need additional info on online biz you can check my profile. hope that helps a bit.
