To give a little background on this, firstly I'm a guy. Secondly so is the individual harassing me. Thirdly, he's my general manager.
That said, a few months ago I started working out and by my own admission I'm looking pretty damn good now. I've started wearing more form fitting clothes (polo shirt and khaki's at work, but form fitting) and people have noticed. Most of the time I'm cool with it, because it's just complimentary. My GM on the other hand…he's taken to calling me Babe, Baby, and Hon.
I could take that from a female manager because it's what they were used to and I'm not a homophobe, but it just feels weird coming from a man. Especially my primary boss. What can I do about it without losing my job?

I see you've had a lot of silly answers to this question, so I'm going to try to help you a bit more if you're serious about all of this.
To start off, if anyone is making you uncomfortable, despite their sexuality, you need to make it known that you are uncomfortable. This could be to either the person that is doing it, or someone above them. If you have trouble telling him it makes you uncomfortable, then you can go to the person above him, however, if you can, it is best to tell him to stop it yourself. If you choose to do this, make sure another co-worker is around you to hear you tell him to stop, and make sure that person has a spine so you know they will act as your witness. Then, if he does it again, by all means you can go to his boss and tell him that you asked him to stop but he won't. Usually something is done at that point.
Also, make sure you read your company policy book. Check the harassment code, and see if you have a "No Retaliation Policy." That policy means that if you make a formal complaint about him, he can't treat you poorly because of it.
My suggestion is to try to tell him no. If he claims he is joking, tell him that work is not the place to joke around like that. Go with your gut reaction, as well. If you are both uncomfortable, and afraid of his intentions, don't hesitate to act.
Answer:
Sleep with him just once, but let him know it's only for a promotion and nothing more. That should solve the problems.
Answer:
lmao…
sorry that you have a gay manager…maybe start calling him babe to, so he'll get the idea of how gay he sounds
Answer:
You should get a small voice recorder. An MP3 player, or a digital one. Record your boss. You can either black mail, or sue. Then tell him ur not gay.
Answer:
Report it to the HR department.
Answer:
talk 2 him abt it nicely…..without embaressing him!
Answer:
You won't have much recourse against a homosexual, who is granted special rights to be in your face, is mostly immune from sexual harassment laws and is under politcal protection.
Answer:
Get over yourself. I means "I started working out and by my own admission I'm looking pretty damn good now" I mean,Come on, Who says that about themselves? Your Gm may like you, but not as much as you like yourself by the sounds of it…
Answer:
tell him if he fires you you will start a lawsuit against him for sexual harrassment. LOL
Answer:
He maybe just mocking you or being sarcastic? Tell him " Hey! I don't play that!" straight up. Tell him "cool it." easy man, I'm a ladies man". I be in the mood to grab him by the shirt and yank him over to your face and tell him what's your problem?
Answer:
Every time he calls you babe or hon just say very loudly… "Did you just grab my balls"??? Get away from me or I'll be forced to tell your wife that you're gay and I'll be forced to sleep with her.
Answer:
