Every morning I last an hour in bed dreading to wake up and go to work thats how much I hate my job. Can this result in any health issues? I would have quit along time ago but I live in a small town where jobs are limited. Any advice?
Answer:
Mental health issues….
I am in the same boat, I am an Fashion Designer and have worked or applied for ever job in a 50 mile radius outside the the city…. and most of them were the same as here so I hated them too.
I have been going back to school at night to get my teaching degree!! It's hard work and it take some time but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I would suggest that you do the same because you can hate your work but if your on a path to better yourself- then it's not as bad, because you know your not going to be there forever!

Can you travel outside your town to a different location for a better job? Believe me, a bad job can affect your health. Just like a decent job is so much easier to do, when you know you are being appreciated. Good luck to you.
Answer:
Yes, it will affect your health eventually because of all the negative thoughts and feelings that you have. Why not find a job that you really enjoy doing? that way you wouldn't feel it as work but something that you like to do on a daily basis. If this is how dreadful you are with your present job, it is definitely time to find a new one. I hope you will soon.
