i have been dropping my resume and filling by online and newspaper,,, but none of these really workss,,, hocould i possibly find a job? any answer plz………………

Waitressing jobs have a high turnover when it comes to employees so your best bet is simply to check back with all the places you have applied to roughly once a week, as people are constantly leaving or being fired in that profession, so even if they don't have a position now, or just filled it, they will probably have another opening soon.
because waitresses are a dime a dozen you have to be proactive about it, don't drop your resume and expect them to call you out of the blue, it happens sometimes, but usually you need to show you really want it, by checking back.
The more you check in the more they start to remember you. but don't check in more than once a week or you're just being pushy. Always dress nice and cleanly when you check in and make sure you go early so they won't yet be busy, if they are busy, wait until it slows down before you check in as they simply won't have time for you. Always be polite and personable, they want people who are going to be good with people.
