It depends on where you live and the law there. I live in FL and worked at two diffrent jobs at 14. Not at the same time. Your hours are really limited to how many and what ones and what you can and can't do. You have to have a break every so offten and things right on the dot it can't be a few minutes over or under. Be cause of this a lot of places won't hire you. Some that would don't know that you can work at 14 on of the jobs I worked at told me I had to go get something from the labor baord showing I could work at 14 and all the rules. Some places have work permits if you are under 18 FL dose not. The schools here even have a program that you can get into if you are 14 or older they help you find jobs for the summer and things so you may want to ask in the office at school to. Good luck
