Answer:
1. Take care of your physical and mental health first.
(A) Get medical care, get sleep, eat right and exercise. This
will go a long way toward improving your outlook.
(B) Think about doing some volunteer work using your skills for a charity or nonprofit group. This expands your personal network, pumps up your c.v. and helps your atttitude.
(C) Consider joining a job club - a group of job seekers who trade job leads, practice interviewing skills, review their progress and action plans, etc. Again, it's a great chance for networking, skill development and attitude improvement.
Conversely, not many employers will get excited by the thought of hiring an ill person with a negative attitude.
2. Get organized. Plan your work, work your plan.
(A) Update your c.v. (& have someone you trust review it)
(B) Get your personal/professional references lined up
(C) Build a list of businesses to research and contact
(D) Build a list of your personal network (friends, family, past/present coworkers, etc.) to contact about job leads.
(E) Put together a portfolio of your work on CD ROM (in case they're not on the web when you meet with them) and a web site that you can show employers.
3. Be prepared. Write out, polish and rehearse your answers to the most likely, and the toughest, questions you'll encounter from an employer.
(A) Answer the tough ones by being brief, honest and positive. “I quit my last job to chase another one that paid a tiny superior, but the new employer folded. I learned to be a lot more thoughtful before jumping jobs to chase a dollar.”
(B) Answer the questions about your capabilities with the STAR model: Situation/Task, Action Taken, Results. “I had to set up an ecommerce site in less than 24 hours for a new shoe retailer (Situation). I went with a pre-packaged Yahoo site so that I could do it quickly and I personally photographed 100 pairs of shoes for the site (Action). We were up and running by the deadline and the customer later came back to have us expand the site's functionality (Results).
4. Manage your expectations. It's a brutal job market right now. Nationally it's taking 6 months on average for qualified people to land their next job. Here in Michigan it's more like 12 months. You can expect 30 rejections for every job offer…that's not you being unqualified or undesirable, it's simply the math that all job seekers are facing these days. Knowing this can take some of the sting out of the process.
5. DON'T rely on the web sites like Monster.com or the want ads. By all means apply for jobs through these, but 80% of your job search should be focused on NETWORKING and DIRECTLY CONTACTING prospective employers.
6. Keep a journal of what you did each day. Even if you only researched one company and surfed Monster.com, make a note of it. You can't manage what you can't measure, and you'll have a superior sense of making progress if you journal it.

I recommend sticking with your current company until a better option comes up. I also wonder if the company you are working for is in the US. If it is, you might increase your employable potential by taking an English as a second language class.

Answer:
Superior join ur current company till the time u dnt get any other good offer.
the basic formula Try Try Try.
Answer:
You neglect to state what country you’re in & where you’re looking for work. Your English skills are so appallingly poor, that if they’re required for the job, you’ll not get one. And if your CV is as poorly written as this post, you’ll not get any calls. How you got your last 2 jobs is beyond me.
You failed to investigate the job offer you grabbed, and now you are unhappy with it? You should have done your homework before you accepted the offer.
You have walked off two jobs in a month, and lack the most basic skills to make yourself desirable to an employer. There’s no excuse you can give, and if you try, you will simply make yourself look even worse. No excuses.
You can sit and sulk or you can pick yourself up off the sofa and do something to make yourself employable. There aren't all that many jobs for web designers now as the “Y2K” event is long over with, and so many people design their own websites now that new software, etc is so widely available.
Answer:
You should trying working at home. I have 3 friends that do it and I have recently started myself after seeing them make full time income from home. There are a lot of scams so be careful. The health benefits company I work for is legitimate and is partnered with major retailers for corporate discounts so that should say something about their validity. I am making good money to start. I know we can't post links so if you would like more info email me and I will send you the link to check it out. I'm getting tired of the 9-5 routine and I have the ability to see this will help me get to the point where I have the ability to stay at home instead and work on my own schedule. Good luck!!!
