Do you admire your boss?

Author: admin

I do, although he can be an ***. I sadmire him because of his ability to recruit talented people to work for him, plus his capability to raise funds for a bootstrapping startup.

Answer:
I’m my boss. and I am the most wonderful boss that I have ever worked for!

I should speak to myself about that raise, but I get nervous that I will turn myself down and I’ve rejection anxiety

Answer:
My boss is a total jerk! He plays favorites with employees who like fishing, hunting, and getting drunk! He cheats on his wife, who happens to be a complete skank with fake boobs, tan, and hair who is also cheating on him. He's a millionaire but he's so tight he squeaks when he walks. He won't even invest in tools or trucks for the company. When he does, he buys the cheapest stuff he has the ability to get, and then accuses us of being rough with the tools when they break. He will only hire people with no experience, are desperate, or who have a criminal record because he doesn't want to pay well (I was desperate for a job at the time he hired me). He is suspiciously paranoid that all of his employees are thieves and liars and every time someone misplaces something, he wants to know who stole it, and never apologizes for the accusations when someone finds the missing item in the building somewhere. Last, but not least, almost all of the employees under him know how to do his job superior than him, yet he gripes at us like we're total morons if we make a mistake, and there's NEVER any commendation when we go above and beyond. You'd think he might thank us all for a job well done before he goes off on one of his 3 cruises a year or 5 private hunting trips a year or his 2 trips to Florida a year. Oh, and he often shows up to work with his shirt only half tucked, his boots aren't laced up, and his pants unzipped.

No, I don't admire him.

Answer:
no.

she seems otherwise to be very personable, but she has the following disagreeable qualities as a boss:

- too concerned about the minor details;

- reminding people too often what they have to do;

- always afraid that something will go wrong;

- being a drama queen…

Answer:
I would have to state NO!

I usually like having a male boss but this one happens to be a true male chauvinist pig! I work for a state funded program (not to mention the name of it…it's in each state)….that is FOR women! Figure THAT one out! He makes rude comments under his breath about peoples income, how many kids they might have, why they are on this program, etc.

At first it was unbearable and all the women complained to his supervisor….. but, being that he kisses her butt so bad…she likes him! She works an hour away and doesn't have to hear him all day. She did address it with him and at a meeting and he apologized and EVEN became teary eyed(Was he sincere? Who knows!)….it was then that we realized that he is just has some major quirks….overall, he’s OK now but we still always roll our eyes at him!

Answer:
yes. he is good at what he does and that is why he is the boss. the bosses aren't ***. they’re strict like parents. if they weren't strict everyone would take advantage of them. good luck : )
