If you have a CV and want to send it in to see if they’ll offer you a job (same with the application). If they haven't given an address or a name to send it to, where do you send it

Answer:
To the person who you spoke to .. or 'Recruitment Manager, Human Resources Dept.'

However, unless you know they have a vacancy, and apply for a specific vacancy, it's a waste of a stamp ..

HR simply collect CV's (and do the initial vetting) for the Dept. Manager who has the vacancy .. no vacancy, no one to send your CV to .. except the big round filing cabinet on the floor ..

If they have multiple Vacancies, they’ll have no idea which one you’re applying for and your CV may again end up in the huge round filing cabinet on the floor ..

So go visit their web site first and look for 'vacancies' (or 'working for us' or whatever) .. if you can't find anything, ring them up and ask to talk to the Recruitment Manager and ask him/her where you can find a list of their current vacancies ..

Answer:
Address your cv to the Personnel Manager or Personnel Office.

Answer:
Put it in your handypandy and take it to the place instead of sending it.
