I have been in my current position for over a year, there have been some changes going on over the last few months and I am just not enjoying my job. Its good money and probaly more than I would get elsewhere.

I dont know what to do, with the credit crunch the money is tight and so do i stick somewhere that im not that happy with or do I stick where i am for the cash!

Answer:
does your job satisfy you?

my job pays well and the people i work with are great, but the job itself is crap, it's far from what i want to do, but with the credit crunch i need the money.

you can still search for a job whilst at your current job, look for a job you’ll enjoy and that pays you as much as you would deserve.

just make sure that you’ve some money saved up for that time between changing jobs.

Good Luck :)

Answer:
The credit crunch effect does not effect all companies, especially those established ones. However, the state of the economy does. There are always jobs available for qualified, experience and enterprising people. As for you, I think, its best to seek a job which you’re happy with. When you’re happy in doing a job, you can perform better and be an asset to the company you work for. Our working life is a short one, its a waste of time to do things you do not like. As for money it can’t buy happiness or time. I believe that money can be found each where around us, it how you like to acquire it, that is important.

Answer:
There is no use changing the job as you do not know why you feel unhappy. It may be due to the relations with others/may be due to the nature/amount of work. But never mind. Your continuing the job is at least remunarative. Please try to have a re-look at the relations with others; take interest in work ; try to cope up with the work-load and most important try to to have at least one person in the place to exchange and express your opinions/difficulties with him/her.

Answer:
Look in papers and the job centre and so on and decide what you would really like to do. No one need know you’re doing this. Then decide if you ahve the qualfications for what you really wnat to do. once at that point then if you need more quals you can do them now. If not and you have decided then look for a post to match your aspirations.

it must just be an unsettling period for you at the mo, i know i myself dont like change. A job provides you with money and security, i think if i were you i would give it some time if you still feel unhappy then there then its a good indication you need to look for something new.

Answer:
Is your working interesting? If not maybe you could move into a different job/part of the company where you may get a more interesting job - and without the danger of losing your current position.

Answer:
i think its just the changes that are bothering you don't make any rash decisions.

just stick it out and look for another job in the mean time.

Answer:
Seriously buddy stick with job you have because you are unlikely to get employed for a while due to the credit crunch, just wait it out
