i need some help..thanks

Answer:
If you are interviewing with potential employers, most will ask for your salary history and base their offer from that. Some will avoid the topic of salary during the interview and make you an offer when they offer you a position, which you can accept, decline, or counter. In the rare case that they should ask you for a salary requirement during the interview, be prepared by researching the national averages ahead of time. Be sure you not only think about location and position, but also your experience and education level, when doing your research. You can do this at sites like salary.com and payscale.com.

Good luck!
