Should I call again?

I had an interview this day, they called me around 1 but I missed it, I called back right away and left a message. it's been almost 2 hours, should I call again or just wait?

You don't want to appear rude or abrupt as people can be very busy and have not necessarily forgotten you.

The best thing is to be polite and courteous at all times, never be abrupt. Leave it for a day or two say and if you’ve heard nothing then, phone back and make a polite enquiry. Hope this helps and good luck to you.

Things in business are hectic and they cannot always call back in a couple of hours, in fact they might not have as of yet received the message, as schedules and meetings go on all day. Would give it 24-48 hours as it depends as to what’s going on in the place. People think that all management does is sit behind their desk doing nothing or waiting for calls, this is far from true as most of the worker bees have no knowledge of what needs to be done, or what comes down in a day.
