I'm 19 and I have had previous volunteer experience but not job experience. I've just applied to a couple of retail jobs like Ross and Kohl's, and was told to wait for about a week to hear from the hiring managers. What are the chances that I'll get the job by August?

lots of the kids are immature flakes
with part time summer help nobody is required to keep them around
thing is, companies need bodies, so until a better person comes along (you) they suffer with flakes
