The range starts from Rs.2500/per month. When I started searching job after getting my Master Degree in Information Technology M.Sc(IT), In Mysore, A company offered me 2500/pm for the 1st 6 months, to which what they call as training period. then looking at my performance they will hike. I did n't took it. Most of my classmates stared with Rs.6000-7000 as the first salary. some or getting 3000/pm also. but normally you can hope for Rs.7000-8000/pm if you live in city like Bangalore.(Else you can't afford to live in that city)
One of my class mate started with 14,000/pm and still she is there. and I got 16,000 as my First Month salary. which is nearly high. Some talented and lucky people get 25,000/pm also. but they were very rare.
In IT sector your performance and experience matters, Grab a job offered to you Let them state when you’re fresher, If you are good enough a day will come when you can have your say.
