I thought the interview went well. She was a tiny concerned about my personal skills but was impressed that I use outlook to email. I know that it is only Tues. it just seems like forever. Any fieedback would be appriated.
Thank you
Answer:
Give it one week and call her back. Since you have already emailed a thank you note, I wouldn't send anything else. I would call in a week and when you talk to her explain how you would love to come to work there and you just wanted to follow up, let her explain from there.
Good Luck!!
Answer:
She's given you your weapon. You see she was impressed that you used outlook to e-mail.
E–mail her at once with a thank you memo. This is the medium she’s mosl comfortable with. The memo should briefly recap your most positive attributes. List at least three reasons why you would make the best possible candidate.
If you do not hear from the company witin a reasonable amount of time –usually one to two weeks–e-mail her reconfirming your interest in the position and again thank the interviewer for her time.
This e-mail can be the most important factor in whether you are called back for a second interview.
Answer:
Trick question.
I woudn't wait.
I would send a thank you card as soon as possible, and then call back a week form the interview (so Friday), saying that you appreciated getting to talk with them and are calling to check on the status of the search.
It will bring you up in their minds, and remind them of the work you did, and lets them know you're still available and interested.
Ideal of luck!
