I have a second interview today…do you think i’m gonna get the job?

During my first interview they asked about my salary requirement and i told thm, they said, “oh we don't pay that much”. Although the interview went well and they seemed to like me, i thought they weren't able to hire me because of the money. But the called me back yesterday for a second interview with them today.. Do you think they're going to reconsider my salary requirement and want to hire me???

They’re just doing an old negotiation trick. You attempt to take the deal away and most people will cave in, but if you keep your cool it may show that you do not fall for it. Today they interview many times, it seems they have the ability to not make there minds up. However in the next few years with the shortage of workers that we’ll have, they’ll not have that much power.
