I have an interview for McDonalds in a few hours.

This is my second time getting interviewed. (im 15)

when i was like 12 or 13, i used to be a bagger at a supermarket. but thats not a real job because we work on tips.

so when they ask if i have experience , should i state i was a bagger before ??

or should i just tell them that this is my first job?

also, do you think it would be ok, to wear black skinny jeans , with a pink polo?

i would've worn something else, but i only have jeans.

any other tips would be helpful.

thank you

Answer:
I think you should always look professional, you couldn't walk into a funeral like that, so I have to state no. On the other hand, since it is only McDonald's you might be able to get away with it if it's the only clothes you’ve.

Of course think about that as work experience! I got my job at shoe carnival because I had over 400 hours of volunteer service, and they told me that’s the only reason I got the job.

Advice: McDonald's is basically thriving off young labor. They pay teenagers to do jobs that not many adults would do for a low wage. When you work there, it is going to be greasy, the same thing day in and day out, at times disguisting, and boring. (Here comes the advice part) Knowing this, tell them that you are not afraid of hard work, and are willing to do nearly any job despite how disguisting it is. Plus, mention that you have customer experience with the bagging.

I hope you get the job! Good luck! :)

Answer:
You should tell them about previous working experience, because even if it didn't pay much, it shows that you are willing and able to work. And it doesn't matter what you wear because it's McDonalds :D And the most important thing is to be calm and not appear nervous. Don't admit you don't know anything, speak your way around problems if you don't know their solutions. Good luck.

Answer:
I work at mcdonalds and when i went for an interview (i was hired on the spot lol) i was in my casual clothes. It was really simple for all i was asked was why i wanted to work there. Shook their hand and boom that simple. I dont think theyll ask you of any previous employment. If they do it might be a good thing to for it ll show that you have good relations with people,gl this day

Answer:
Tell them you were a bagger. It shows them that you’ve work experience and that's a plus… so long as you were reliable and hard working and you don't mind them checking on your references from that. Black jeans and a nice top will be fine. Make sure that you brush your teeth, comb your hair and overall look nice… don't put on heavy makeup.

Answer:
Jus tell them its your first job, they will understand cos your 15,wear wot you feel comfy in aslong as its black trousers/jeans,i dont think they care/notice wot the material is,bare in mind its your first proper payed job,if you dont care about it,theres hundreds other work out there…good luck
