I had an internship this summer and asked for recommendation letters from my supervisor and director. They said they would mail their letters to me last month. It's now a month later.
I’m going to email them and ask them about it. How should I say it exactly? I don't know how to put it!!!
How do I sound professional and respectful.. and not too pushy (yet a little pushy) at the same time??
Answer:
You start with a very brief intro and the reference of your work. Do not ne pushy, but be profissional and share the last date, by which you are supposed to submit the ref letter. That will give them some deadline, yet they’ll have a breather as well.
I'll be glad to review if you come up with something.
