i dont know if i should quit b4 or after .. ive been working at this restaurant over 3 years since i was 16. And im getting a paid vacation for springbreak nd im thinking i dont know yet for sure if i should do it…. but i wanna get another job in a diff place…pliz advice me..
Answer:
I would quit right after, just to make sure you receive your full amount of pay. Plenty of people do it all the time. If you've been working real hard, you deserve a *paid* vacation, but then it's your life, you have to do what feels right for you. But if you quit before spring break, they don't have to pay you.
Answer:
If it's a paid vacation, it's kind of dishonest to accept the pay for a vacation and then simply quit on the people that you have worked with for so many years.
I say quit before spring break, go job hunting after that. It's best to leave on good terms
