Just wondering if anyone could tell me which mystery shop company does shops for Wendy's.

It is actually against the policy of the MS companies for people to divulge who are their clients. This is part of the agreement that’s signed when they apply. Keep in mind that also for some stores they’ve more than one company doing MS in order to get a range of reports.
The ideal thing you can do is look at a site like volition.com which has a very good forum for mystery shoppers.
