so i rented this movie from this one bb store 2 weeks ago, the next 2 days i returned it to a different store thinking it would be withing the 7 days so they could ship it to the first store. still they’ve not received the motion picture and i was charged the full amount of the dvd.

Send an email to their corporate or contact the BBB with a complaint. You’ll get a better responce from the BBB if you tell them you’ve already contacted their corporate with no response.

Right now, Blockbuster is desperate for customers so they should be willing to help.

They do have it written somewhere that you must return video to the store you rented it from, so there butt is covered to some extent. But, the store you returned it to should have notified you that you returned it to the wrong store, because it is a common mistake. I would not pay them anything, they’ve the video, so how can they charge you for something they have. Good luck, call a lawyer or go to the BBB with it
