Are all of us now victims of a corporate impersonal system that’s overcharging us with bank charges, phone charges, etc. etc. that if we didn't check carefully would go unnoticed. And then when we do find billing errors we spend hours of our time with people who don't care, and are not responsive. What happened to business that give personal attention to their customers.
Answer:
Yeah you've got to avoid those companies if at all possible. It can be done, like banking locally versus on the web, etc. It's truly the degradation of society you're witnessing.
