i need a job badly and im only 13 years old i could do it part time and will i need a workers permit and if i do where can i get it in south Carolina

Speak to your school counselor first. You need a work permit and you get it from your school and with your parents permission.
Chances are you’ll have to wait a couple more years for the permit.
You already have a job… getting good grades in school is your main job. If you keep that up then you can usually get a permit when you are around 16.
