RE: Faulty Washing Machine.

To whom it may concern

I bought one of your washing machines 3 months ago. It worked very well for the first two months but since then has not stopped leaking. As it is under warranty, I have consulted the store I bought it from but they have been unable to fix it.

I am therefore writing to you as the company who makes these machines, so ask if you can sort out my problem for me

Yours faithfully

John Ryan

Answer:
First, address your letter to a specific person or a department manager who can act on your complaint.

See revised letter below.

Have a nice day !

______________________________________…

Three months ago, I bought a washing machine ( state model and serial number - look at the back of the machine ). The washing machine worked well during the first two months. On the third month, the machine leaked and continued to leak.

Since the washing machine is still under warranty, I reported the leaking problem to the _________ ( state the name of the store ). They could not give a solution to my problem.

May I request your assistance in resolving the leaking problem of washing machine.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

John Ryan
