A company that claims to be INC. does not even exist; a sham. However, they have a judgment on my credit report. I want it removed.

Answer:
You could file a dispute with the credit bureaus. Go to the website listed below for a sample of the dispute letter. However, judgments cause another issue, with public records. When someone goes to buy a house, a search of the public records is done and when a judgment shows up, well it can cause issues with things like home loans. Clouding the title, lenders or title insurance underwriters may require this to be legally resolved, such as released or satisfied. Credit bureaus can not do this.

Good luck and I hope this helps

Answer:
Dispute it with the credit bureau reporting it. "The Fair Credit Repaorting Act" says if they don't get back to you within 30 days they have to delete it.

Answer:
i would dispute it with the credit bureau and tell them to remove because it no such place around

Answer:
INC does exist. Go to Inc.com and see if you have ever done business with them. If not, call the credit reporting company and ask for proof of claim from the company who placed the mark on your credit. If it can't be produced, request the report be expunged from your record and a new copy sent to show you that it was removed. When dealing with one though better call them all, Experian, Transunion, and Equifax. What one has they are all bound to have.

Answer:
file a dispute and if the company doesn't respond or show proof that the debt is valid then they have to remove it from your report.
