I purchased a prepaid Visa gift card from walmart, this is not a walmart gift card, this card can use, or it said can be use to purchase items on the itnernet anywhere that accept visa credit card in United Says. So it's like a prepaid visa credit card
Since the site that i want to buy from, take PayPal and i need to make an account on paypal, since PayPal take visa credit card, will this card works also? 
i really need to purchase that item but they need paypal…

Linking your walmart visa gift card to paypal is not assured. Your chances are 50/50. It all depends on whether paypal requires you to go through their extended verification process, which you cannot do with a bank issued gift card. Click on the link below to understand why.

Never buy a prepaid card from a wal-mart. I doubt it will work the way you want it to. USE WITH CAUTION! get a real CC and do it right.
