Zombie Debts are haunting me !!!
I had a bellsouth bell from 1998, yes it was bad and I didn't pay it. It was 1000.00. However when AT&T took over Bellsouth it went back on my credit in 2008 as a brand new debt. And this is not the only thing. Threes been several.

This is a violation of the Fair Credit Report Act…..There is only one 7-year cycle…
Send the credit bureaus a letter via Certified Mail + Return Receipt stating:
Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I am requesting validation that this alleged debt is being reporting within the 7-year time frame as granted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act

yeah, i know what you mean. back in '96 i encountered a zombie and i pleaded that he let me live to see graduate high school. he let me live as long as i accepted his terms that he can eat my brains when i completed highschool. im still avoiding it to this day…
