Well it's not just based on credit score and the only way to find out is to have the lender run your credit and they will tell you. Typically to get an interest rate like that you are going to have to at least have a high 700 score with no negative marks on your credit. Also not sure why someone would state 0% isn't worth it?? Why they say it is because person who get zero percent, generally pay full sticker price or very close to it. Meaning you get none of the sales, discounts or perks as a rule. In the end it might cost more then a low interest loan with the perks.
