as a real estate agent I hate call the loan officer all the time to check on somene credit, I have soo many low scored clients that I begin thinking the loan officer is playing me as a fool and she is telling me my cients doesnt have any credit and then she gave those leads to her real estate friends. I wonder is there a website that offer unlimited credit checks and score for a monthly fee? if yes where?

Answer:
A real estate agent should NOT be checking the credit of potential clients. What you SHOULD do is advise them to get preapproved with a lender. The LENDER should do the credit checks - not you.

Not that simple… because you need written permission from each individual you want to run a credit check on. But… you can charge a non-refundable fee to your client to run the credit check.

Most landlords do it this way. With the written permission for the credit check comes a one time non-refundable fee (usually around $60) which reimburses the landlord for the fee they pay to the credit bureaus to run the credit check.

The above article explains it superior and also has a link to a form letter that you can use to get the client's permission in writing for the credit check.

Answer:
Not sure I'd want my real estate agent to check my credit. Not sure it's his/her business. Financing and my score is between me and the bank.

It might not be the one you want, but it will begin you on the route to finding the one you need.
