Paypal can send you a check, when you go to withdraw. But they charge a $1.00 I believe. If you sell something on Ebay, might be easier just having the buyer send you a money order, so you don't get charged a fee through both Ebay & Paypal.

Would you pay because the Collector demanded/ ordered that you pay Him/ Her right now? Or would you not because it's an order from Him/ Her? Presuming you already own the debt.
