Can parents who have a pregnant daughter and she is still under their care and shes underage…can the parents take that girl off their health insurance policy?

Answer:
Yes. There is no law saying a parent must provide health insurance to a dependent, pregnant or otherwise.

Answer:
Generally speaking, yes (although it would not be a smart decision).

In some cases, a divorce decree, separation agreement, etc., requires a parent to keep a child on that parent's health insurance. However, this wouldn’t be the case if the daughter's original parents were still married to each other.

Answer:
If you’re underage and still under the care of your parents then they would be responsible for the payment of your medical bills. Therefore there would be no logical reason to remove you from their health insurance policy.
