Ups question????

i just used ups tracking to track down on my package which is suppose to be delivered to me and found out that ups had tried to deliver it but there was no one at “the leasing office of my apartment” to sign for it.

first of all why is going through my leasing office?, cause i was home the whole day waiting on this package i could have signed for it.

does ups deliver on saturdays???

do u think they would try to deliver it tomorrow????

You can try calling them with your tracking #. They might be able to figure out the problem (as to why they didn't bring it to your door) or you might be able to give them better directions for where your apartment is located.

If it is an apartment building they shouldn't deliver it to office…Should be delivered to you. They will try to redeliver tomorrow and they don't deliver on Saturday except for important next day air packages. You could call and tell them to note on the package to deliver it to you or even tell the leasing office to redirect them to you when they arrive. It sounds like the driver is being lazy in trying to find your apt.

If after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver they will return to sender, if calling them doesn't work since it is so late in the day, go to your leasing office and tell them to redirect driver.
