UPS not delivering package?

Something is really wrong here. I have a very important package that hasn't even come yet. What happened was they came on Friday but we weren’t home and they never told us when the package was coming in the first place so we could wait for it. So the computerized voice on the telephone says they would try on Monday. We waited all day on Monday, package didn't come.

THEN it says it will deliver today. It's about to be eight and nothing…ugh.

We called the place and they basically stated they couldn't do much about it.

What should I do?

Call the local UPS office. Maybe you can go there and pick it up. Also, call the 800 number and file a complaint about the driver. They are supposed to leave a note on the door that they attempted to deliver it, and the note should say when delivery will be re-attempted. Sometimes there is also a line to sign to authorize them to leave it on the porch or doorstep, but the sender has to specify that. The whole situation is unusual for UPS since they’re usually quite efficient.

Then go to http://ups.com

Click on Tracking Button

Enter your tracking number to see where package is.

If this fails, call UPS Customer service and let them have an earful.
