how do you get these?? are they spendy? do they ship all over the US?

Cards of Wood ( http://www.cardsofwood.com/ ) carries them. They have 20 different types of wood available, and it takes 2-4 weeks for shipment.
100 cards with one color costs $35 / full color $55
500 cards with one color costs $127 / full color $152
They do ship to the US and Canada.
Old Time Wooden Nickel
( http://www.wooden-nickel.com/cards/ ) also does them starting at $41.95 for 100. They also ship all over the US.
