I am trying to sell and dining table and the tiny thing that goes with it.?

So I took a pic of the table, the dish thing and a chair.

Any ideas on what I should type up. I'll upload the photos right now. The asking price my mom told me was 1500. And I’m supposed to be making the flyer thing. It's made out of oak. It's brand new and thats basically all I have the ability to say. It's simple and comfy chairs and it fits in any room atmosphere. Thank You!
