I need help asap

Do I’ve to put someones last name on a letter in order to mail it?

I’ve the full address, and zip code, but do I have to have a last name?

No when i send my sister mail i just put COW. She gets it. Just for the record she puts TOAD on mine

Nope, just write to the current tenant. I always mail my letters out with the return address the same as the to address.
