I had an internship this summer and asked for suggestion letters from my supervisor and director. They said they would mail their letters to me last month. It's now a month later.

I am going to email them and ask them about it. How should I say it exactly? I don't know how to put it!!!

How do I sound professional and respectful.. and not too pushy (yet a tiny pushy) at the same time??

Answer:
thank them again for the oppertunity they gave you and for agreeing to write your letter and are wondering when you should expect to receive it
