i felt like i was embarrassed today at work.i work for the foodservice industry wich will be corporate dinning.

It doesn't matter the surroundings or specific business.
'Hazing' is the act of embarrassing a new person for the stupid pleasure that it somehow gives to older people. This is quite common in sororities and fraternities at colleges.
I personally have never heard of hazing in a workplace, however. You might not wish to continue working at wherever it is because your 'manager' appears to be turning a blind eye to inappropriate activity. Superior yet, sue them if you feel you were treated inappropriately - and then move on to a new job.
