Is the company that is called money and shopping.com a true company because i got a letter from them?

they basically want me to get paid to shop.

If you got an unsolicited letter it's a scam. Any job offer you get that you didn't apply for in some way is a scam. If you need to send them any money for any reason, it's a scam. Real companies don't send letters to people out of the blue offering jobs. Real companies don't charge people to work for them.
