I am having trouble with an online transaction with a company that wants 'Verified by Visa'. Well Visa's website says how easy it is to get your card verified, but how the hell you're supposed to do it they don't say. I've emailed them, but had no response. Can anybody solve this mystery please? Even my dedicated platinum card call centre with my bank couldn't help me.
