iam about to become released from bankruptcy and i what to know whats next for me can i get credit again can i ever buy a house? is there anything that i can do ?

Answer:
within the first 1 to 1 1/2 years, it's a little tough. Actually, within 9 months I was qualified for a credit card, I used it minimally and it got my credit going again. You will be able to buy a house, but much more would be expected on your down payment. You may have to pay a higher interest rate too due to history. We filed 2 1/2 yrs ago and I was able to get a new car loan about 6 months ago…on my own. It's really tough to bounce back from this - but keep your head up. I know you'll probably get awful comments about not paying bills…yadda, yadda, yadda - but people don't know your circumstances on why you had to file…and it's no one's business. There really are some situations that prevent people from being able to pay bills or whatever and you fall deep into a hole that's almost impossible to get out of.. Good luck to you!

Answer:

Answer:
Well im not completely sure but i am sue u can get a house and credit again. There are companys that can tell you what you can and should do so get with them.

Answer:
Several companies will start sending offers for credit. They know they will get their money or pound of flesh since you cannot go to bankruptcy again for several years. Be very careful in what you accept. Many are very high in the rates they charge. Best thing is to wait for it to clear on your credit report and keep bills paid to look good. If you go with a credit card, be wise in its use and payments to help reestablish your creit rating. This will help in all future purchases including the rate charged in interest for a house.
