I’m in debt to the bank about AUD$150 and need to pay it off ASAP, otherwise interest will accumulate on the debt. Does anyone have recommendations as to what I could do to earn the money (without getting a job - i'm a full time student), or if they’re kind enough to send me small amounts as donations? Okay, you're an Aussie, like me. You are a student, so you’ve several options.
If you're on Centrelink payments, you can see if you can arrange a Supplementary Loan, and then pay it back through future payments. This could be an option, and you should get the funds reasonably swiftly.
You could sell some stuff in the newspaper classifieds. If you’ve some furniture (even a bed base or a coffee table) you can sell those in the newspaper classifieds. It may cost you to place an ad, even though some papers offer free ads for items posted under $100.
You could offer to tutor or help someone with their assignments. I used to do that when I was at Uni, and I made heaps of money. You get a few regulars who might be dyslexic or have real trouble writing an essay, and you just help them organise their work. I had one guy who could read but not write (dyslexic) and he used to read all the text books and then dictate the essay to me and I'd type it.
Can you sell any text books?
Don't solicit for money through Yahoo Answers. You're lucky your question hasn't been reported for that. Nobody is going to believe a hard luck story on the web if you ask them to send money. The Web is full of misrepresentation.

i'm in debt too, and there's no way but to pay it bit by bit until it is cleared.
