I am on disability, I own nothing anymore, I get a small check each month that barely pays my bills now. I owe money to a credit card company, and I cannot pay them since I only get disability, and I’m not married. Now the company is calling friends I havn't talked to in 10 years. Is this legal? If not, what can I do, I am embarressed enough.
Answer:
Credit card companies aren't granted to call friends of yours. It's actually against the law. Speak to the Superior Business Agency.
Answer:
NO that’s illegal, contact an attorney, if it is that bad, you need to file for bankruptcy., it is not a huge deal.
Answer:
No, they can't. That's harrassment and you could report them.
Answer:
