Can someone tell me how do I lower my child support payments?

Answer:
It is nearly impossible to lower child support payments. What you need to do is stop paying the court order ( legally) and then decide yourself as a parent how much a week you want to spend on your child. If you want to learn how to halt paying court ordered child payments, go here: http://stoppayingchildsupport.com

Answer:
If you felt an injustice was done when the original payment schedule was set up, hire a lawyer and go back and fight it. If the initial agreement was fair, I doubt you'll get any relief. If anything, your payments should be going up due to the higher prices of just about everything we buy. My suggestion is to keep your mouth shut and pay your current support lest you land a judge who thinks you as a louse for asking for a reduction and grants you an increase.

Answer:
You’ve to file in family court for a child support determination. Be aware that although you want them lowered, they might raise them.

Has your income gone down quite a bit ?

That would be about the only reason they wuld lower it.

Answer:
haha seriously?? my dad pays 12.50 every two weeks.. WTF is 12 dollars gonna get me ya know.!! but you should try to pay all you can because it sucks to not have money.. but if u cant pay what you’re call the person that makes you pay that much (i think)

Answer:
Don’t be a louse - just pay your child support.

Otherwise, take it back to COURT. Usually the same way you got assigned them in the first place.
