Can someone tell me how do I lower my child support payments?

If you felt an injustice was done when the original payment schedule was set up, hire a lawyer and go back and fight it. If the initial agreement was fair, I doubt you'll get any relief. If anything, your payments should be going up due to the higher prices of just about everything we buy. My suggestion is to keep your mouth shut and pay your current support lest you land a judge who thinks you as a louse for asking for a reduction and grants you an increase.

You’ve to file in family court for a child support determination. Be aware that although you want them lowered, they might raise them.

Has your income gone down quite a bit ?
