He’s a black five-year-old.She is my first gig, and i need to know if thats too much. I’m sure it is only for one week, five days.

I would only sit with that child IF and ONLY IF you know who these people are.. That is only $20.00 a day. If you furnish food and everything else you must determine if that’s enough. By the way that breaks down to 83 cents an hour.. You did not state if you are married or if you have other kids or if you live with your parents.. Will you be in their home or will the child come to you.

You failed to mention how many hours you’ll be babysitting during the five day span.
Do you think you should charge differently on the race of the child, I mean, you did say that the child is black? Stating the age of the child would have been sufficient.

If you’re baby-sitting five hours for five consecutive days, then $100 is too low. ($100/25 hours = $4 per hour). Anything less than $6 per hour is a slap to your face. (McDonalds pays over $5.85 starting!)
